The team behind LuCo
Based in Hall in Tirol, LuCo plans food production facilities. Our team combines production experience with process and equipment planning, project management and organisation.
Andreas Pfattner has 45 years of experience in the food industry, covering production, engineering, purchasing, sales and business management. Since 2014, he has planned production sites with LuCo from the initial idea to commissioning in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Eastern Europe.
Florian Lercher has supported production projects from planning to implementation since LuCo was founded. He plans product, personnel and waste flows, layouts, production and logistics systems, and integrates building services, utilities, interfaces and equipment controls.
Michael Neuhauser joined LuCo in mid-2025 and brings professional experience in mechanical engineering. As a project manager and junior consultant, he prepares project schedules and coordinates suppliers and project management, particularly during implementation.
Renate Pfattner holds commercial power of attorney and handles accounting, personnel and administration.
Valentina Pfattner works from Vienna on concepts, correspondence and translations.
Our team and planning partners
We plan processes, equipment and operations in-house. On international projects, we work with clients and planning partners. We coordinate architecture, structural engineering, building services, electrical systems, building physics and fire protection with the respective specialist planners.
