Idea
In a workshop, we clarify your objectives and planned production volumes.
Together with management, we establish which products will be made, in what quantities, how the business intends to develop and what is explicitly outside the project scope. This produces an agreed objective and the basic data for subsequent planning.
Consulting
We clarify production volumes and investment for your project.
We assess the technical and economic feasibility of the project. We calculate capacity, space and staffing requirements, compare alternatives and estimate investment and operating costs. The feasibility study provides the basis for your investment decision and the subsequent master plan.
Planning
We prepare layouts at a scale of 1:100, flow diagrams, equipment lists, specifications and the project dashboard.
We translate the production concept into rooms, equipment and routes. Material, personnel and waste flows are coordinated alongside hygiene zones and space for expansion. With the architect and specialist planners, we clarify building and technical interfaces so that the building and production fit together.
Execution
We support contract award, equipment delivery into the building and installation on the basis of the specifications.
We compare bids against technical requirements and prepare a contract award recommendation. We then coordinate suppliers and specialist planners, track schedules and oversee equipment installation on site. Transport routes, equipment access and connections are coordinated in detail.
Commissioning
We support FAT, SAT and production ramp-up through to the first delivery.
Equipment is tested first at the manufacturer and then at the plant. We support functional tests, acceptance and production trials, document defects and help optimise trial operation. Acceptance records and performance tests establish whether the agreed requirements have been met.
Training
We train operators, shift leaders, maintenance staff and quality managers.
Training forms part of our support from equipment start-up into ongoing operation. LuCo also supports staff on site when optimising existing production areas. This addresses practical processes such as material flow, portioning and yield control in relation to staffing.
